Ishmell Bradley joined Wissachickon Charter School in 2003 as the Information Technology Manager and became the Director of Technology in 2015. He has more than 19 years of educational technology expertise and 10 years of teaching experience.

Before joining the WCS community in 2003, Ishmell’s passion for supporting technology in education blossomed while he served as the Classroom Technology Manager for the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Nursing. While at Penn, Ishmell led the support, management, and deployment of endpoint devices and instructional technology hardware for the nursing schools' various departments.

Ishmell is passionate about sustainable environmental technologies and also about understanding how emerging information technologies help shape the world. He serves on the board for the non-profit, Autism Wings, and is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Lambda National Honor Society. He earned a BA from Penn State University and an MS Ed. in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph’s University. He lives in the Overbook Farms section of Philadelphia with his wife and 4 children.
